Return and Refund Policy

This policy applies to orders placed on our online store by consumers in the United Kingdom. It does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1. Changed your mind? (14-day cancellation right)

  • You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive your goods.
  • To cancel, email us at info@best-performance.uk with your order number. You must then return the goods within 14 days of telling us.
  • Products must be returned unopened, with the factory seal intact and in their original packaging. Engine oil that has been opened cannot be resold. If goods are opened or used beyond what is necessary to inspect them, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods when you cancel because you changed your mind.
  • We will refund the price of the goods and the original standard delivery charge.

2. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

  • If your item arrives damaged, leaking, faulty or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
  • You have 30 days from delivery to reject faulty goods for a full refund. We will arrange and pay for the return, and offer a refund or replacement.

3. How to return an item

  1. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm your return.
  2. Pack the item securely: keep the can upright, seal it in a plastic bag and use a sturdy box to prevent leaks.

4. Refunds

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or of receiving proof that you have sent them back, whichever is sooner. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
