Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses throughout the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland). We do not ship outside the UK at this time.

Delivery cost

A flat rate of £3.00 per order applies to all UK addresses.

Dispatch and delivery times

• We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
• Estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days after dispatch.
• Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day.
• Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland may take slightly longer.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. If your order is delayed, we will let you know.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email, including tracking details where available.

Damaged or missing parcels

Please check your parcel on arrival. If it is damaged or leaking, or if it has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact us at info@best-performance.uk and we will resolve it. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
